The cottage is located on an island that you reach by a 5 minute boat trip. The area is 6 hectares with 300 m beach. The cottage of 40 square meters can accommodate 4 + 1 persons and contains a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a sauna. Water is pumped from the well, energy for lighting is taken from the solar panels, the house can be heated with a wood stove and food can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer, operated by LPG. Food can be cooked on gas stoves or wood-burning stove. Outhouse is available.

The cottage up to 4+1 persons is open from May to September. Row-boat included.

The rental period starts at 15:00 and ends at 12:00 the day of departure, unless otherwise decided. Notify the hosts in advance at what time you plan to arrive.

Renting bed linens and towels will be 15 € per bed. The final cleaning costs 80 € per cabin and doing the dishes does not appertain to the price. Have you rented a boat, it must be cleaned and in good condition for the next customer.

Only with special permission from the hosts you may get permission to bring with you more people than what was agreed upon booking. Camping is not allowed at our cottage areas.

Toilet paper has to be purchased by weekly rental customers.

All our cottages and apartments are smoke-free and no pets are allowed.

All our cottages and apartments have drinkable running water and electricity, excluding Lökholm, which is located on a small island. Barbecues are available at all locations.

Most of the cottages and apartments have Wifi.
